WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of our luxury roses in a box, we’re here to help!

LONG LASTING ROSES
Due to the living nature of our long lasting rose bouquets, we are unable to offer a refund unless the bouquet is faulty. In the rare case that this may happen, please contact us at hi@luxflorals.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement bouquet or refund for you.

DO YOUR LONG LASTING ROSES ARRIVE EXACTLY AS SHOWN ONLINE?
We endeavor to create all of our long lasting rose bouquets as close to the images shown online, due to the living nature of our roses on rare occasions there can be slight variants in the colours.

I DON’T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES AS SEND DIRECTLY
We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. All receipts will be sent via email to the ordering party only.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
Yes shipping id free on all of our bouquets

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery currently. But please do register for our VIP discounts and you will updated once we are able to ship to other countries.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Any orders placed Monday – Friday will be sent out the following working day. You can rest assured that from placing your order, receipt of delivery will be no later than 5 working days.

If you require an earlier delivery then what is outlined above, please contact us at hi@luxflorals.co.uk quoting your order number and requirements and we will do what we can to meet your request.

WHAT IF I NEED IT THERE ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
If you’d like to make someone’s day especially special, email hi@luxflorals.co.uk and we will endeavor to offer the option of specific day delivery for an additional fee.

MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER RECEIVED THE DELIVERY. 
If this happens our customer service team will try its utmost to assist you. We will contact the courier and make the relevant enquiries to locate your order.
