WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of our luxury artificial flower garlands, we’re here to help!
In the very rare case that your flower garland arrives faulty in someway, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happy to discuss a replacement or refund for you.
DO YOUR GARLANDS ARRIVE EXACTLY AS SHOWN ONLINE?
We endeavor to always create all of our luxury artificial flower garlands as close to the images shown online, due to our business being based online only, on rare occasions there can be slight variants in the colours we produce and the colours you see on your screen.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery currently. But please do register for our VIP discounts and you will updated once we are able to ship to other countries.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Any orders placed Monday – Friday before 5pm will be processed that day.
Any order placed after 5pm or on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Flower Garland Hire: You can specify your own delivery date
Flower Garland Purchase: we make all flower garlands by hand and to order so please allow 7 days for production and another 3-5 days for delivery.
If you require an earlier delivery then is outlined above, please contact us at email@example.com quoting your order number and requirements and we will do what we can to meet your request.
MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER RECEIVED THE DELIVERY.
If this happens our customer service team will try its utmost to assist you. We will contact the courier and make the relevant enquiries to locate your order.
